Here you can taste the life, which had been always flourishing here. We have the fondness for places with history as well as culinary experience. Not everyone would guess that you are sitting in a former printing office; apart from the name of our restaurant you can get it from the printing coils in the showcases. The Printing Batovec was very famous in 1920s – not only the Swedish King but also Tomas G. Masaryk were among the customers. This company was established by the Imperial Councillor Frantisek Bohuslav Batovec in 1873. The success of family business was ended in fateful year 1948, when it was nationalized. The strong legasy of Batovec family can be felt at this place till now.
